Welcome to Wondercuts. By accessing our mobile application, website, or placing orders via WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products & Services

Wondercuts provides fresh meat and related products. All items are subject to availability and may vary based on stock and location.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to confirmation by Wondercuts.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Pricing

Prices may change without prior notice.
Final price will be confirmed at checkout.

5. Payment Terms

All orders must be prepaid unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

For WhatsApp/manual orders, payment must be completed via UPI or bank transfer.
Customers must share payment proof (screenshot/transaction ID).
Orders will be processed only after verification.

Wondercuts is not responsible for:

Incorrect payment details
Delayed payment confirmation
Failed or incomplete transactions

6. Delivery Policy

Delivery time is estimated and may vary.
Customer must be available at delivery location.
If unavailable, order may be cancelled without refund.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation allowed only before order processing.
No cancellation after dispatch or processing.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided only in cases of:

Incorrect product delivered
Damaged or spoiled items

No refunds for:

Change of mind
Incorrect orders placed by customer

9. Product Handling Disclaimer

All products are perishable. Customers must refrigerate or consume immediately after delivery. Wondercuts is not responsible for improper storage after delivery.

10. User Responsibility

Provide accurate address and contact details
Be available during delivery
Handle products properly after delivery

11. Limitation of Liability

Wondercuts shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

12. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for issues caused by payment gateways or delivery partners.

13. Changes to Terms

Wondercuts may update these terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
